Cons (-) Wasn't fond of the scabs found in the sofa bed, the mutant cockroaches and silverfish, stinginess with coffee and soap, price of breakfast, the lazy/shady concierge who lied about room options when we requested the room we actually booked, the party going on upstairs despite our noise complaints, or the broken shower. Cons (-) A/C in our room was broke, super hot. The outlets over the TV didn't work and those where the only ones in the room. Dirty vents in the bathroom that you could see the lent. The place needs a deep spring cleaning. Might say Sheraton but it's a holiday inn.
