Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's location for its convenience to venues, highways, and local amenities. However, many reviews cited issues with cleanliness, such as musty odors, dirty rooms, and unwashed linens. Bed comfort was also a recurring concern, with several guests describing the beds and pillows as uncomfortable. Service received mixed feedback, with some positive mentions of friendly staff but more frequent complaints about unresponsive or unhelpful management and staff. Overall, while the location is a strong point, improvements are needed in cleanliness, bed comfort, and service quality.
