Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with easy access to MRT stations, shopping centers, and local attractions. Cleanliness is another strong point, with many reviews mentioning tidy rooms and well-maintained facilities. The staff receives positive feedback for being friendly and helpful. However, noise is a significant issue for many guests, especially due to poor soundproofing and street noise. Some guests also mention room size and bed comfort as areas for improvement, but overall, the positives outweigh the negatives for most visitors.
