Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, often mentioning their ability to communicate in Japanese and their willingness to go above and beyond, such as assisting with taxis and reservations. Cleanliness is highly rated, with many describing the rooms as spotless and comfortable. The location is considered convenient, close to stations and local amenities, though a few note it is a short walk from the nearest station. Value for price is generally seen as good, especially considering the service and cleanliness, though a minority felt it could be better. Noise levels are low, with guests appreciating the quiet atmosphere and solid construction. Some negative remarks include weak shower pressure, lingering smoking smells, and minor issues with air conditioning or bathroom odors, but these are outweighed by the positives.AI-generated from customer reviews
