Pros (+) Great staff. Helped call cab companies when I lost my phone. Hotel is nice but old, room smelled musty. Booked a triple specifically because it said 3 beds and when we arrived they offered us a double + twin which didn't work for us 3 adults (double beds in Asia are VERY small). I showed them my confirmation which specifically said 3 twin beds, so they finally put us in a room with 2 twin beds + a...
