Pros (+) Great staff. Helped call cab companies when I lost my phone. Hotel is nice but old, room smelled musty. Booked a triple specifically because it said 3 beds and when we arrived they offered us a double + twin which didn't work for us 3 adults (double beds in Asia are VERY small).
