Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location near public transport, shopping, and dining options, making it easy to get around. Cleanliness and room comfort received high marks, with many guests describing rooms as spotless and beds as comfortable. The staff were frequently mentioned as friendly and helpful, contributing to a positive overall experience. Free amenities like coffee, snacks, and drinks were appreciated by many. However, several guests noted issues with noise due to thin walls or street sounds, and a few mentioned occasional lapses in cleanliness or service, but these were less common. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives.
