I don’t think it’s legal to use the fire room as a dormitory, not even saying how horrible and uncomfortable everything is due to this. There were no lockers and no curtain separation between the beds, so I found some money missing from my wallet when I woke up.
Everything was horrible apart from the location
The entire place is carpeted therefore stains from dogs or dirt gets soaked up and it isn’t thoroughly cleaned. The reception area is around the corner from the actually entrance and every time you want to enter the security will have to call the reception area to buzz you up.
Ok for one night stay. Bathroom was ok, the bed was clean.
The shared room doesn't have private lights (so when someone new comes the staff just turn on the extremely strong main lights). The locker room makes a lot of noise when someone goes in or out of it.
Very comfortable bed and beddings
Only one washroom on entire floor for at least 2 dorm rooms, some distance away from the dorm room at end of hallway
it was probably too full or many vacancy on first day?or my status? they provided me a bigger room even I booked one double room. so it was roomy and comfy. middle aged woman was there for as a day time staff (door keeper?)she was pretty kind. when I asked some questions for the restaurant she was running to the neighborhood restaurant to checked if they have a dish which I wanted to have!! very sweet of her.
-when I booked I put little msg to them about the check in time as they asked but she made misread of it to opposite meaning and replied me they'll add midnight check in charge. -I stayed 3nights but they never cleaned washing basin at all. it was clogged so need to wait like ng time to all waters goes down once when I use for brush my teeth or wash my face. also they aren't sweep the floor properly many hairs left on the powder room area. didn't clear off those used cup too. so I kept my used cup everywhere during those 3days. what did you exactly cleaning?? - after the mid night some neighbour guests were suddenly running around the corridor and shouting until around 3am. it has seem like thick wall but under the door it has some space so we can hear all those noises. wasn't sure if they are coming to help me or not if I call them hence there are only one person at the reception at the night. I wasn't at hostel buy hotel so its annoying. -male receptionists are pretty kind but not a female one. if service quality depends on a person which isn't very good.
