The staffs were very helpful. The location is very strategic, very near the bus station easy access for buses going to sun moon lake, etc.

The room we were in was 503, there is no sound proofing. The air vent linked directly to the room neighboring us and we could hear everything as if they were standing next to us. We asked for a change of room but was told all rooms were fully booked. Quite hard to believe... The staff was quite nice to give the neighbouring room a call to tell them to keep the noise down. Shame they were let down by the facilities here.

Very good location, opposite to the Taichung train station and bus station. Bus stop to Sun Moon Lake is just next door. The buffet breakfast has lot of choices. Staffs are nice and helpful. The room has good aircon and strong hot shower.
Bathroom could be improved, after bath the water flooded the floor.

Very affordable price. Bus stops right outside. Also walking distance to the taichung main train station.
The room was very dated, lots of scratches on the floor making it look neglected. Luggage storage is basically leaving your bags on the lobby floor, so don't expect anything more.
