Guests consistently praise the hotel for its exceptionally friendly and attentive service, with hosts and staff going above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. The breakfast is repeatedly described as excellent, fresh, and varied, often with special touches and regional specialties. Cleanliness and the overall condition of the hotel are also highly rated, with many noting the tasteful decor and well-maintained facilities. The location is considered ideal for exploring the area, being both central and peaceful. Some minor criticisms include small room sizes and lack of certain amenities, but these do not detract from the overwhelmingly positive experience.
