Irina the owner is a very sweet lady who made a great breakfast (homemade porridge, pancakes or pot omelette or Russian cheesecakes) every morning. The garden is beautiful and it's a relaxing place to rest. There is a banya for 2000 rubles for 3 hours. You can rent bicycle for 300 a day (way cheaper than in town where it's 1000 for a day). The house is in a lovely quiet street where everybody has a beautiful garden. Irina doesn't speak English but with Google translation no problem to understand each other.
The double room with private bathroom is small and you hear well the neighbours. Mattress a little hard No laundry service or no access to a washing machine
Very friendly staff. Beautiful grounds with gardens full of flowers.
Irina is a wonderful host, very helpful and friendly. She showed on a map all the places of interest and restaurants etc, and organised a taxi for us to get back to the bus station. A delicious, fabulous breakfast each morning. Extremely clean, comfortable room and lovely gardens. Peaceful to sit on the swing seat in the evenings. A short 5-10 minute walk to the lovely town of Suzdal.
Had an excellent time, the host Irina is such a lovely lady and so helpful. Breakfast included not only yogurts and ham/cheese but also freshly cooked porridge and pancakes with jam, and loads of other different things, kept us full for half of the day. We definitely would recommend this accommodation. Anna and Andy.
Beautiful buildings, very clean and comfortable and in a quiet location just a few streets away from the centre of Suzdal. A great place to stay while visiting the town.
