Staff were brilliant, I had to stay extra night due to snow, staff had road closures all printed off for guests. Room clean, I put comfort down to good as I found the bed a bit hard but this may suit other people. breakfast included, great.

Staff were welcoming. Process for booking in and out was quick. Everything asked for was provided.
On entering the room it was slightly cold. However after an hour it did warm up.
