It was a lovely old house that had lots of character and beautiful huge rooms The staff couldn’t do enough for you whilst also making it a very relaxed atmosphere

Location, the property , the outside area
Power failure 3days in a row. Complete darkness from 8 pm to 10 pm every night, no battery lamps available. An obvious security risk

We were in the honeymoon suite which was private and on it's own by the pool. We loved the outside shower and bath who.filled.from the ceiling. I left my camera in an uber the night before we left and the manager and owner have gone out of their way to help return it to me back in the UK. The views are stunning from the pool area and although it is located a little way out of Stellenbosh and a car is needed to go to restaurants, this means it is quiet and relaxing.
Nothing... maybe quite pricey...but it was elegant and special so worth it.
