Summary of reviews

Guests say
The reviews reveal that the hotel receives consistent praise for its breakfast, which guests found to be enjoyable and well-prepared. However, there are recurring complaints about the quality of service, with several guests reporting unhelpful or inattentive staff and unresolved issues. Cleanliness is also a concern, as multiple reviews mention outdated or poorly maintained rooms and facilities. The pool, often advertised as heated, was found to be cold or under maintenance by several guests, leading to disappointment. While the location is generally seen as neutral, requiring transport to reach attractions, the positive feedback for breakfast stands out among the mixed experiences.
