7.1 Good
Pros: No fresh fruit. Food bar a lttle disorganized.
Cons: Air conditioner was noisy.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It was clean and very central located
Cons: There was no hair dryer in the room so I could not take a shower. I never bring my own because there is always one in the rooms Very disappointed

Pros: Located less than 10 minutes away from Fort Leonard Wood and a couple of minutes away from Walmart for those things you may have forgotten at home.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good, standard breakfast. Very clean and nice
Cons: I think everything pretty good. They are keeping up the standards!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: liked the nightlight in the bathroom{nice touch}. The hotel itself is very appealing. Loved the shower doors, a very nice change from the curtains.
Cons: The handicapped room my father was in needed a handicap grab bar in the bathroom to assist getting in and out of the shower.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was very fresh and a large variety. The hotel was quiet which was very nice. The lobby was always neat and tidy and the front desk was helpful most of the time.
Cons: I did not like it when the cleaning staff missed our room. But what was really disappointing and frustrating was when I went to the front desk and asked them to have someone come up and bring towels, shampoo$soap, and take out over flowing trash out, she said she would give me trash bags and towels but I need to bring the trash down to her. WHAT? Very disappointing. My in-laws had a situation with the same employee, small female with long black hair. She didn't have on a name tag, of course. The rest of the staff was great and maybe that was all she could offer, but her delivery was horrible and very dismissive.
7.0 Good
Pros: Clean, nice room, good location, good breakfast
Cons: When I booked this hotel on line it indicated that it was pet friendly. I booked on line to be assured of pet friendly as I have a small dog. When I arrived they told me it was a "no pet" location! After much discussion she allowed us to stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The pool and hot tub were AMAZING!!! I have fibromyalgia and arthritis and generally can't handle the cold pools, but this one was perfect!!!! It was actually heated :) Loved the friendly staff, the rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, great place to stay.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I like how close it was to shopping and restaurants and ft Leonard wood I loved the room very spacious
Cons: Didn’t like how the window barely opened and no screen to get fresh air
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location was great with proximity to Fort Leonard Wood. The hotel was surprisingly quiet with the number of families that were there.
Cons: The bathroom needed more than one hook for towels. The pool was small. Eggs and meat on the breakfast buffet were weird, but the fruit was fresh and waffles were good.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Veteran Parking
Cons: Room had great location but being next to exercise room not so good.

Pros: The location is very close to the base and very centralized from everything. Breakfast selection is not bad.
Cons: Staff on reception was not friendly or welcoming when we got there and did not follow given instructions causing us to be charged twice for the room. The room had a smell and extremely hot because A/C was off when we got in like they were not expecting us to occupy that room Room was full of dust like it was not been clean in a while. We killed at least three spiders and the coffee machine was dusty and dirty. First day out our room was not cleaned and we only got more towels and toiletries.

The room was very clean and well supplied for towels or anything we may need. The kitchenette was great to have for our longer stay. Plus it had whatever we may need to cook, pans, utensils. 10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was hot and plenty!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: After having to leave the Budget Inn because the smell and the rudeness we moved here. My granddaughter and I were there for her boyfriends graduation from Basic. After the fiasco at the other place I was worried we couldn't find a room because of the graduation going on. Thank God we found one. Out of what I wanted to spend...but in the long run...worth it.. The staff was AWESOME!!!! The rooms were so nice. The breakfast was great...REAL bacon~~~ I forgot to bring hairspray so my granddaughter went to the front desk. They didn't have any....but the lady gave her a can of her personal airspray... wow....Please if you stay at St Roberts...double check the place you want to stay. I messed up by trying to save money and went to the Budget Inn for 50.00. It wasn't even worth that. BUT...so so so happy we got into this place
Cons: It was ALL great !!!!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very nice, clean and updated. Breakfast was good as well. The hotel is close to Fort Leonard Wood which is very convenient for those going to graduations, etc. The staff was great and very accomodating. We really enjoyed our stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed was so comfortable. My husband was having hip problems and loved the arm chair. Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast ladies were so friendly, and made it very clear that they were there for us to have a great breakfast. The cinnabon rolls were amazing, I wanted to pack them up and bring them home with us lol. The front desk clerks were very nice, and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again next time we come back to see family.
Cons: Can't think of anything
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Customer service was excellent...bed was extra soft...clean environment.
Cons: Could have really used a microwave in the room...
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was big and met our expectations. The room got warm quickly with the heater and we loved the pool.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very personable. The bed was super comfortable! I’m fact, when I came home, I immediately started looking online for the pillows, they were amazing! We were evacuated to the lobby in the middle of the night because of a tornado, and were made to feel safe, keeping us up to date about the weather. I also enjoyed the breakfast bar, I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels offering free breakfast, and this one was top notch! The attendant was very attentive and kind.
Cons: Obviously, being woke up in the middle of the night because of severe weather was not optimal, but the staff made the best of a bad situation. I also thought the price was a bit inflated, but we were visiting for a graduation at Fort Leonard Wood, so I guess I can’t fault them for making money when they can.
7.5 Good
Pros: Very nice staff and the breakfast was great! Loved the indoor pool and hot tub! Very clean rooms very comfortable stay. There was a slight mix up in regards to our room when we arrived; however, the staff corrected it and all was well. Again great staff! This goes a long way with customers. Will stay again!
Cons: For some reason we kept having to try our key over and over to enter our room. Other than that all was well.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everyone is super nice and helpful. Quiet peaceful hotel.
Cons: No bath tub.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Easily accessible to Ft Leonard Wood, interstate & local eating establishments. Comfortable Beds & Pillows. Clean linens & fresh towels. Clean bathroom. Staff was friendly

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly service at the front office. Nice hotel. Clean and comfortable.
Cons: It didn’t have a pool.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable. When you first walk in you have the feeling of being at home. Everything you could possibly need is in the rooms. Full size refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher. Large microwave oven. Dishes, glasses, full size closet, etc... Rooms are set up like apartments, not hotel rooms. I wish all hotels were like this one.
5.8 Okay
Cons: The price
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I like that how it was described on the website was how it was
Cons: Nothing everything was great
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was a wonderful stay , the staff was very friendly and helpful with all my questions and needs!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: SPACE... and having a kitchenette. Clean and perfectly outfitted (best for more than two days stay). Central location!
Cons: Price was acceptable but just a touch above what I'd consider value-parity with other choices. That said, I opted to stay here given more inexpensive choices... and may do so still occasionally given available options. Not bad, but not "where do I sign?"
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were there for our son's graduation from BCT at Ft. Leonard Wood over Thanksgiving. The one bedroom suite was ideal for a Thanksgiving dinner away from home, and perfect for relaxing and listening to all the stories our son and his buddies had to share!
Cons: The only thing that could have been improved upon was the lighting in the bedroom and bathroom. It was very dim for applying makeup and styling one's hair.

5.8 Okay
Pros: Very modern, close to everything. Great location.
Cons: Rooms were way too small, the walls were thin we could hear the guests next to us, we even heard their disgusting burp and any and every Conversation they had. The pillows and sheets smelled like they had never been washed. Breakfast was never there when we went to go get it. Staff was never there when I needed to speak to them. We checked out early and couldn’t tell anyone so I left note if they could call me to let me know if I’d be refunded since I checked our early, never heard back. Your site needs to be updated with the correct times you are actually open. Will not be returning to this hotel.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is so neat! Very modern design, with a neat lounge if your hungry or want a drink. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, the rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious! I would definitely stay here again!
Cons: The only downfall to the property is the location being right next to the highway, it might would be a little noisy for a light sleeper (I am not a light sleeper so I slept great!) however I noticed that most other hotels in the area are also within very close proximity to the highway as well.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Staff was not that friendly
10.0 Excellent
Pros: this was an excellent, clean and friendly hotel that had great amenities, and a fun and friendly atmosphere
Cons: there were no towel hooks by the shower and no vent vans in the bathrooms. when I asked at the front desk about my concerns, they were aware of the vent fan issue,it was a construction flaw, weren't sure how to address it, but said the bath hook would be
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: It was horrible and smelled very bad, especially right off the elevator. We had 5 rooms and two of them were so damp from humidity the clothes got wet. Even with the air on. Staff was rude and housekeeping never even came in to clean rooms
5.4 Okay
Pros: The main lobby was very clean. The pool area was nice. Breakfast was good.
Cons: rented two rooms one a double and the other single. In total my group rented 5 rooms for multiple nights. The double room was nice and clean. The single bed was horrible. The air did not work properly and the room had a strong smell of mildew. By the time I was checking out my cloths were so moist . The rooms we had were so small and they don’t have cots. Also in my opinion they should have a special for military families like extended times. Our SIT had a pass until 8 after graduation and check out was 11. They should be more accommodating with times or let you play extra for a few hours not charge another night. The ice machine on my floor was out entire stay. The hallways had a very strong odor.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Pillows were fluffy, bathroom is spacious, Bev and the rest of the housekeeping staff is friendly and efficient, the pool was clean and comfortable, and I can't rave more about the breakfast, the cleanliness, and decor of the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back!
Cons: My only complaint was the lack of power on my blow-dryer.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast; great staff
Cons: Floor in bathroom was not clean.
8.8 Excellent

Pros: This property is new, well kept, and the staff is friendly. Nice coffee maker in the room, and directv was nice.
Cons: Overall this is a nice place to stay, and I would recommend. However, every place has its issues. The rooms are small, I heard noise from the adjoining room, and hall.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location Pool area

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely loved the rooms! The coffee was fantastic! The design of the lobby was beautiful
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy access. Near restaurants etc. Not too far from military base.
Cons: No
5.8 Okay
Cons: Staff never at desk. Crowd sitting at entrance smoking and drinking bottled beer and wine nightly while leaving children unattended. Very little sleep due to noise. Kids socks were blackened from dirty floors
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Convenience off highway. Located in an area where I could walk dog. It’s great for the price.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I enjoyed the room. Everything was nice. Room available at the time expected. Cleanliness.
Cons: Would have enjoyed a small table for eating. Sounded like someone was moving furniture- very loud. Room near elevator- noisy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Bed was good. I liked that you had kitchenette. This is great for not having to eat out all the time. Like the tile floor. Front desk friendly and helpful. Loved the lotion. Price was great.
Cons: Not a good breakfast. Coffee bitter tasting. Suggestion.....try having hard boiled eggs. Could use more shelves in bathroom.
7.0 Good
Pros: Very serviceable hotel. Rooms were on the small side, but had a mini-kitchen and enough room. They were modern and either recently built or updated. Clean rooms and overall facility. Area was a bit out the outer edge of the "hotel row", but seemed safe. Some restaurants nearby. Road noise from the very nearby freeway was minimal. For the price, it was a good value. It should meet or exceed your expectations for a budget hotel room (under $70/night).
Cons: Breakfast had meat and eggs, but overall it was pretty bland. Coffee wasn't good. But more than you usually get at this price range.
7.1 Good
Pros: Nice, new hotel
Cons: The breaker kept tripping, causing issues with breakfast service
9.0 Excellent
Pros: That bed was amazing and the room was stocked with everything we needed to make our stay feel like home. With the price we thought there was going to be some kind of bait and switch. It was the exact opposite! The pictures don’t do justice to the experience.
Cons: The washer and dryer were rather expensive. And the breakfast was just so-so but there are a TON of eating options in the area if you want to splurge.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The location was ideal for our purposes
Cons: This was a far-from-normal Hawthorn. It seemed more like a Suburban in appearance and ambiance. The beds themselves were Hawthorn level, as was the breakfast. Having stayed at several other Hawthorn Suites on business I was a little disappointed here.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: location to fort leonard wood, size of the room for the price
Cons: room (floors) were a little dirty
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the kitchenette, loved the covered porch with the wicker furniture. Breakfast was good. Staff was great!
Cons: My son accidentally left with my room card. When I asked for a new one, all the clerk asked was my room number. Never asked my name or for identification. That's a HUGE security issue for me. Other than that, the staff was extremely accommodating.

Pros: Wonderful night sleep and friendly staff

3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: They don't give you the room you book if you book through here. They were rude and not very helpful in fixing their mistakes. The triple amputee we traveled with needed a accessible room and they gave him a regular room and he was not able to use the bathroom. Took hours of me complaining to their Facebook for them to fix it and they gave us the room we did book with the whirlpool after that but never gave him the accessible room. It was a nightmare.
7.5 Good
Cons: Elevator door was way to noisy
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location and staff
Cons: Water pressure in shower was very bad.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Didn't have to ask for extra linens. Cookies on the first day of check in.
Cons: The room that I reserved was a King suite with kitchenette. I was given a plain King suite, with no price adjustment. When asked why I didn't get the kitchenette, she stated that it was probably given to someone else. Not a good answer or customer service. Vacuuming the lobby area at 10pm, our room was right by the lobby.

Pros: The location was good for what we needed. The staff were very nice, helpful and courteous. I enjoyed all of them.
Cons: The pool was pretty gross. Didn’t even dare try to swim. The rooms seemed dingy but the bathroom was clean so that helped.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Comfortable beds, full kitchen, spacious rooms.
Cons: My room smelled like a dirty locker room and mildew. The hallways smelled like poop. I said something to the front desk about it and she masked the smell with aerosol spray in the hall and didn't offer a different room. I assume they all smell horrible. I had a centipede land on me in the bathroom. Breakfast was cold oatmeal in a pot. Horrible hotel. Don't recommend to anyone.

Pros: One particular staff member who checked me in was very helpful. The others, not so friendly..
Cons: Yes, a guest checked in next door to me and was very loud and stomping at 6 am.. my stay had been peaceful up until that time. The staff claimed to have handled the situation but they didn't. I checked out early!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: the stay was like being at home. it was a relaxed friendly environment. clean and quiet. the pool was well kept and we never had any problems.
Cons: the workout room and laundry were side-by-side. so people who needed to get their laundry unfortunately had to watch me sweat while I was working out. but that's not the hotel's fault. I was happy to get a workout.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked the person running the front desk. He was very professional and he went out of his way to make us feel welcome and he also offered to help in any way he could to make us feel like we were the most important guests there! Thank you.
Cons: The bathroom ceiling needs to be repaired and the exhaust fan needs to be replaced. Also, the television in the bedroom isn't working properly. Everything else is just fine!

6.0 Good
Pros: Love how clean it was, staff was great, location was great and hot tub room was nice bonus
Cons: The breakfast was not good...not even standard good...we ate a yogurt and then went and got food elsewhere. Coffee was cold both morning and breakfast exactly the same. Coffee machine in room also did not work. And vending machine will not accept dollars so make sure you have lots of quarters if u want pop. Staff was great and was clean so that was a plus
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great the rooms was very neat and clean the beds was very comfortable.
Cons: No indoor pool
1.0 Poor
Cons: We never made it to the hotel due to a MAJOR snowstorm in the Midwest. Tried to change the reservation to a different date, still waiting to hear back. No General Manager on duty until Sat morning. Don't expect to ever stay there.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was the best! Close to several restaurants and shopping and, most importantly, five minutes from Fort Leonard Wood.
Cons: The bathroom appeared very clean but had an odor of mildew to it. The limited contact I had with the staff (check in and walking past the desk a few times) was cordial but not what I would consider friendly. The beds are due for replacing but the pillows were nice. For a one night stay for the price, we were satisfied. I don't think I would have wanted to stay more than two nights.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hot tub was very nice.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was disappointing. We went to eat 1 hour after it opened. Eggs were almost gone and were cold. The gravy for the biscuits was very thin with little meat or flavor. Should have chosen cereal and would have been OK. The eating area was very clean and otherwise well stocked. The location is very handy to the interstate and for access to Fort Leonard Wood.

6.7 Good
Pros: Room was clean, beds were ok, larger tv, ladies that checked us in were nice, good water pressure and hot water.
Cons: At all hours of the night you could hear through the walls and floor from above and the rooms around us, Paper thin walls. No more than 15 minutes at a time for sleep. The maintenance guy stood outside my room at 5AM yelling on his phone. We wont be staying with these people again, A sleepless night defeats the purpose. The wifi was so bad we ended up using our own data.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: They are very helpful.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel. The staff were excellent. Ran into a couple issues and staff immediately remedies them. Good location to base and Walmart. Would stay again
Cons: Spa was closed for the first night. Maint fixes and was open second night. The breakfast area and food was somewhat subpar for this type of hotel. They need more room and better breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel and rooms were nice, clean and comfortable.
Cons: Breakfast needs a little improvement. Biscuits were cold and dry, gravy was extremely thick and tasteless. Eggs were in a crock pot with water in the bottom of the pot.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The lobby was updated and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was good for a free hotel breakfast. The exterior and common areas have been updated.
Cons: The room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. Although some parts had been updated (floor tile, sink area), they should have updated the entire bathroom at once. The bathtub and faucets were old, yellowed, and had a lot of caulk all over them. The colors and finishes were outdated and not neutral. I didn't think it was worth the money.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I love the homey feeling
Cons: Nothing

5.0 Okay
Pros: Could of been cleaner, was a horrible smell that lingered in the room
Cons: Smells
7.9 Good
Pros: The beds were very comfortable and clean. The room was spacious.
Cons: The room was damp and smelled a little musty/smoky? The key cards kept malfunctioning and we had to get new ones. There were only 3 small towels for 3 adult women. The coffee fixings didn't get restocked.
7.5 Good
Pros: The beds were comfy. When the house keeper came to clean the rooms they always made sure to give us new towels.
Cons: The light in the sink area was blinking like a strobe light but they did end up fixing it, the air conditioner was making noises that seemed as though it could have broken down at any minute. The breakfast wasn’t horrible but a few more options like bagels and muffins would have been a nice option.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very cleanFriendly and helpful front desk.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast, comfy beds, service was fantastic, and the room was wonderful as it was the middle of July with temps in the 90's, however, our room stayed very cool and comfortable. We traveled to Fort Leonard Wood for our sons "Family Day" & graduation from Basic Training & the hotel was only 10+ min (give or take a few, depending on traffic) away and very easy to get to. What we loved most was the fact that we did not have to get back on & off of the interstate, as the old "Route 66" ran from our exit to the FLW exit (which was only 2 or 3 miles where you make a left and the base is less than 4 miles), so this made it so much faster & easier in traveling back & forth to the FLW base. We also loved the fact that bcuz we were on the next exit down from the actual FLW exit, the traffic & congestion was never a problem and there was little to no noise while we were in our room, during our stay. The room stayed very cool & comfortable which was very nice considering it was in the 90°'s+ during our stay. There is a small "convenient" store/gas station directly across from the hotel, as well as a diner that I most definitely suggest you stop & eat at, as it was the BEST (homemade) breakfast you could eat at a restaurant (both are within walking distance.)
Cons: Possibly the addition of a pool.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Grounds, office, lobby, room...everything was very neat and clean. New concrete parking lot and paint for parking lines. Very clean on the outside of building. Hotel staff was very kind and helpful. Easy, fast check-in. Clean room, updated furniture and fixtures. New carpet. Clean, plush pillows and lines. Big bathroom faucet space.
Cons: For the price we paid ($71/night) the breakfast was very minimal. Not much to choose from at all. We’ve stayed in more inexpensive hotels and gotten much better breakfasts. While we were very happy with our room’s thorough cleanliness it had a constant musty, mildew smell. The bathroom was very small. The door to our bathroom was all white and very filthy; needs a good scrubbing.
4.6 Okay
Cons: Small room, they said it was a queen size bed and it was a full size
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was comfortable. Staff were great breakfast was Awsome...and. Just great place to stay

7.9 Good
Pros: Didn't eat breakfast there
Cons: Could've used more pillows
6.3 Good
Pros: We got two rooms, stayed two nights....Nice but small lobby with a few tables. Liked the location, pretty quiet except morning/ check out time. I wasn't expecting much from the motel but it was alright! Good TVs w plenty of channels & was able to hook up PlayStation. The rooms were clean, semi modern. Clean bed. The king size bedroom is the same size as double queen room but feels more spacious and had a chair, table, & desk! The queen room had bed & dresser, computer desk...Had refrigeration, microwave, cheap coffee making device. Ice machine worked and there was a washer/dryer on site. The shower head was nice but maybe not for a tall person. Breakfast: pancakes, scram egg, sausage, gravy, cereal, small muffins/pastry, juice, milk. OH the best thing, its right near URANUS, MO attraction, fudge packing, amusement stores! If you stay at this hotel, check out Uranus ! Its like 3 miles away, You cant miss it!!!
Cons: The odor in the room was a bit musty-nasty. (Air was off upon arrival but cooled off quickly when on.) One room smell was worse than the other. Bought $1 air freshener! I recommend bringing Air freshener Lysol or an even better brand. Their breakfast had sausage biscuits but wasn't barely warm. The pancake maker is ok but I prefer the waffle iron which they did not have. They only had sheets on the bed, bring a blanket if you need one! Pool looked sad.

Cons: That I had to leave
7.5 Good
Pros: Location. Check in/out process
Cons: Tub stopped up so had to call someone in for that. They fixed it but it was inconvenient. Breakfast was horrible. Nothing but bread/carbs such as bagels toast waffles. Cold cereal. Honey buns. And apples. No eggs. No protein. No warm cereal. Breakfast was very disappointing.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and the room was clean
7.0 Good
Pros: Clean beds, clean bathroom, but the door to the room was open to the outside (not my favorite type of hotel/motel, but I wasn't aware of that when I booked the room). Was quiet, and there was a Waffle House next door.
Cons: The door to the outside could have fit better, as there was daylight in the crack between the door and the door jam. But all the locks worked, and it was quiet, so no harm, no foul.
6.3 Good
Cons: The room had a moldy stinch and the a.c. unit was dirty and coming apart. I turned the heater on and it smelled like something was on fire then the fire alarm went off. My pillows were full of dust on our first night.
6.0 Good
Pros: The front desk greeting was so welcoming and warm. I really appreciated it just coming from having a challenging few days with family.
Cons: I would have liked to see bacon or ham at breakfast.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The staff was very very nice. Coffee was good and fresh(folgers), as were the bagels. Also, it was very close(less than 3 miles) to Fort Leonard Wood which was my reason for being there. The price was also reasonable.
Cons: The staff was Great! Mike and Nita were awesome, accommodating, friendly, and most helpful. The room smelled horrible! The ceiling had areas were it was falling apart. There was a moldy part of ceiling in the bathroom that was crumbling. The paint around the air conditioner was bubbling. The yellow painted walls were EXTREMELY DIRTY, the French lock on the door was broken, and the tub had permanent stains that could not be removed. On the upside, the bedding was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Microwave and fridge were also clean.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very Nice Staff and great location close to Ft Leonardwoos base
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. I had forgot mine but slept very well. Staff were friendly and not intrusive in the slightest. Wish there had been a DVD player but the cable channels allowed several choices when we had time on our hands. Overall a pleasant stay.
Cons: Air units were a little loud and turned on & off frequently as well as the condenser separately engaging which was noticeable but it kept the room cool.
7.5 Good
Pros: The staff was kind and helpful.
Cons: A family member was locked out of their room for 2 hours due to the locking system not working.

Cons: The only complaint I have is that the two younger girls that checked us in were more concerned about an up coming court date and talking ill about there kids fathers and what they were going to do in court than checking us in.

Pros: Perfect location to stay for BCT graduation! Hotel staff was good, when booking thru booking.Com watch what room you get put in they put us In a smoking room and it was horrible had to ask for a new room which ended up costing me 30$ more a night. The hotel breakfast was delicious! The hotel is clean but the entire 3rd floor smells of cigarettes!

Pros: Close to army base.
Cons: We had to get moved to different room since door issues not unlocking. Was a pain since we were there for awhile and had a lot of stuff. Was not happy when I booked there was a hot tub advertised and it was closed. That was one of the main reasons I booked there.
