The hotel is beautiful and the location is great.
Maid service was knocking on our door a little after 8am on the day of our checking out. They should have waited till we were checked out.
Hotel was beautiful and walking distance to the Enterprise Center. Enjoyed sight seeing inside the hotel. The location was excellent and we look forward to a return visit!
St. Louis Union Station is a BEAUTIFUL place! The Grand Hall and Light Show is FANTASTIC! I would highly recommend staying here if you love history. When the Aquarium is finished (in December 2019 I think) we will be back!
The renovations are impressive. First room I was assigned smelled like a large wet dog. I had received a message on my App regarding upgrading my room which I accepted but at checkin was advised that was not an option. While waiting in the first room - housekeeping came barging in as that room was on a list for her to clean. She agreed with the smell and escorted me to the front desk. Kimberly Mitchell was her name. She was awesome!! They then assign a Junior suite that was very nice but HOT. No air circulation at all. Needs a ceiling fan in the bed area. The temperature stayed hot until morning.
Beautiful hotel and restaurant very nice and good food and service in restaurant and bar.
Beautiful hotel but the staff not so on it. I was charged 2x for the same stay when I used a different card to book it. They should have cancelled the first charge out. And room not cleaned after first night. Ordered towels 3 times before they came.
