Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel for its excellent location, cleanliness, and comfortable beds. Many found the staff friendly and the setting pleasant. However, several guests were disappointed by the lack of a pool, ongoing renovations, and some issues with service, such as billing errors and unresponsive management. There were also complaints about amenities not being available as advertised, noise from construction, and occasional maintenance problems. Despite these negatives, the positives of location, cleanliness, and bed comfort stood out.AI-generated from customer reviews
