Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praise the hotel's convenient location near Dal Lake and the market, as well as the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms. Some reviewers highlight the helpful and courteous staff, making check-in and check-out smooth. However, there are notable complaints about poor service, lack of value for money, and inconsistent amenities such as hot water and food quality. While the hotel offers good access to local attractions and comfortable accommodations, improvements in service and facilities are needed to enhance the overall guest experience.
