Fairly basic amenities, which was fine for us as it was a short stop over to our final destination of Montana. The front desk staff was very nice (that's the only staff we encountered) and professional, especially the late night attendant. After a long day & a long drive my spouse & I were grateful the bed was as comfy as it was. Although the hotel was dated & tired looking it was fairly clean and will likely stay there on our drive home.
The facility appearance was very dated and tired looking as well as in need of minor maintenance — the caulking around the bathtub fixtures had separated and was discolored; large worn spot and stains in carpeting.
Very nice and considerate staff
Staff was very accommodating and friendly and very willing to serve thier customers.
No elevators here... so ambulatory disabled persons should be aware that a reserved 2nd floor room may be challenging to get to.
The breakfast was surprisingly good complete with waffle maker and even biscuits and gravy and a good veriety of cereal and sweets
It is in need of renovations. And I don't think the walls had soundproof between the rooms even though we had quiet neighbors we could hear them talking in the next room
Had a great breakfast with friendsly and efficient staff.
Don't waste your money
Outdated, dirty, and way too expensive for what you get. The only good thing about this hotel was the location. Walking down the hall to our room, we saw multiple big black ants crawling on the wall. The furniture and appliances were from the 70s, the bed was hard as a rock. The A/C unit was so loud it made it impossible to hear the ancient television or get any sleep. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
I stayed right in the middle of a remodel.
Very dim rooms and for what looks to be a great location near the valley mall... I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. We were driving three states to get to Spokane. I had called to see when we could check in.. At first they said 3 o'clock so we killed some time and went to the mall. It was around 3 and I went to check in and now our check in time was 4. It was frustating since we had been driving all day and just wanted somewhere to sit. The price point of this hotel might look nice, but spend the extra money to NOT stay here
the breakfast, price and location in Spokane valley the mall and Walmart. We fly out of Spokane for trips and like to shop there and head home.
they have an older 'annex' part of the motel which isn't quite as nice as the main part where we usually get to stay, but for the price it is good.
