Guests consistently praised the hotel staff for being friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was frequently mentioned as a positive aspect. Many guests enjoyed the breakfast, describing it as good or satisfying. However, a significant number of reviews expressed concerns about the hotel's location, particularly the presence of homeless individuals in the surrounding area, which made some guests feel uncomfortable or unsafe. I have stayed here twice in the last few months. The staff are amazing and learned my name this last time I came in. They come and sit and have coffee with you if it isn’t busy. They allow dogs with no issues. For the price and the staff it is worth every penny plus more.
Pros (+) Nothing
Cons (-) Filth
Pros (+) Location
Cons (-) Old style TV Not enough help to check in Homeless all around hotel
Pros (+) Great location for the money. Good breakfast spread. Staff were polite and helpful.
Cons (-) The bathroom sink was dirty. Chunks of something were stuck to the inside of the sink. It wasn't just toothpaste. Everything else was clean though.
Pros (+) The Hotel was located close to my destination. Beds were comfortable and clean. Room was made up when I returned. Everything worked.
Cons (-) Someone got a little too zealous with a fragrance. Some sort of Berry smell was a bit much.
