Very disappointing- claimed to be 4 star but it turned out that it was a rented floor in large outdated commercial building that has numerous local businesses. The hotel rooms especially ours was 50 cm away from the reception and breakfast area ?! From 7am onwards you can hear guests checking out literally outside our door and the sound of cutlery and people eating away. As soon as you open the room door you are faced by guests eating, and the reception desk. Air conditioning was intermittent. Room was extremely small. Ordered food ( scrambled eggs) got a plate with literally half an eggs worth of egg. Then asked if I can check out an hour late, I was asked to pay another whole nights worth of I wanted the privilege. Even tho we checked in at 1130 pm the night prior, no compassion from the manager no professionalism. Extremely badly managed, we’ve stayed in numerous 4 star hotels and in some third world countries and this for 127.50 euros is by far the worst. Many people will be extremely disappointed and I will for sure never stay there again.
Amazing views and great rooms!
my stay was undoubtedly the most memorable in my life, in a large part not because of the city itself but out of stupidity i left my wallet at the hotel when i checkout.. i called the hotel immediately at the airport and was met with the most heartfelt and sincerest concerns from everyone in the hotel! Anamarija/Frane and everyone went all the way to try to deliver the wallet to me, and in the end they had to go to the post office and ship it to Bosnia. it was until the moment when i told them i finally got my wallet that they showed a sign of relief. i couldnt ask for more from these wonderful people, and i believe this speaks volume about how this small hotel is run by the most professional and passionate people i have ever met in my life! i wish everyone else would have a pleasant experience staying with The View!
it might be a surprise to some that the property is inside an unassuming multi purpose building, without a lobby of its own; however the building could be one of the tallest in the city which could well be one of the best views the city could offer
Amazing apartment. Would highly recommend.
