No lift access to room, breakfast was poor, parking difficult probably due to the several events on at the same time, receptionist was laEss than polite to various customers .dis
It’s a pretty setting.
The bed was so uncomfortable. Me and my husband woke up with bad backs and the pillows were awful so we had back necks as well. We are tired parents so we’ll sleep anywhere when we get the chance but unfortunately we had a worse nights sleep than we would of done at home with our nocturnal toddler. I would not recommend this hotel for comfort.
Great nights sleep, brilliant staff. Very friendly and welcoming. Pool and gym facilities were also great. Great catering for dietary requirements, including soya milk available for breakfast. Beautiful grounds and setting. I would definitely come back here again.
When I initially entered my room there was no power in the sockets. But a quick visit to reception and this was sorted immediately... So not really a negative!
The setting and the staff were extremely helpful
Room next to the lift it was a bit noisy
Fabulous setting. Friendly, attentive staff. Lovely food and good amenities. Clean room
First night was disturbed by noisey guests
