Pros (+) The location was amazing
Cons (-) When we checked in the room was not clean at all. The bed was still messy and garbage was still there from previous guest. It took awhile for staff to come and get it cleaned. The manager was kind enough to comp some charges but waiting that long to get settled in ruined our plans for that evening.

Pros (+) Location is very nice. Not too far from anything. Right on the beach is the best part.
Cons (-) Beach is busy with watercraft. Beds are nice but the bathrooms leave a lot to be desired. Towels had stains. Lots of bugs around. Bathroom floor had dead bugs laying around. Last but not least was charged twice for my rooms. Once by the booking app (kayak) and then when I checked out. Kayak charged me more than the hotel. More a complaint about kayak/getaway.com.

Pros (+) The room was clean but tiny. View of Safeway. Thought I was getting a room on the beach at Tahoe. Other similar rooms were a quarter of the price but I was paying to be on the beach with a nice view.
Cons (-) Make sure you call and get a room on the beach at this price. Most of the rooms have no beach at all. Felt ripped off after I saw my room!
