THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING THIS HOTEL TO SAVE YOURSELF FROM HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT Hotel itself 1. The beach isn’t clean and beautiful as it presents. 2. Check-in timing is 2pm, arrived around 4pm, room wasn’t ready, waited 30min to checking. 3. The hotel is very old, loose plug sockets. 4. Slow WiFi 5. Safety box keyboard doesn’t work 6. No room service menu Staff/Reception Service 1. Receptionist are nice but they don’t know anything or either give you the wrong information. 2. There’s no staff for the food and drink service by the pool. Told by staff that have to go to them myself to order. 3. Staff forgetting order, need to follow up yourself. 4. No one came to offer tea coffee during breakfast service, was told by staff to go get it myself. Food & Drink 1. Went to Italian restaurant personally to book a table for two, showed up on time and was told we don’t have a table. 2. For the Chinese restaurant, expect an hour wait to be served. 3. Lots of items are “SORRY, WE DONT HAVE” from the bar menu. 4. Some of the “fresh juices” aren’t that fresh, two slices of fresh fruit mixing with fruit syrup. 5. Coconut water is always “SORRY WE DONT HAVE ANYMORE” during my 4 days of stayed. Obs: think twice before booking ;)
Daily I was spoilt for choice, an amazing breakfast menu and delivered by excellent staff.
The choice for breakfast was more than I expected but a large party of visitors, 400 Bankers arrived and a number of meat choices were removed from the breakfast menu. I appreciate and respect the beliefs of others but a number of guests were unhappy about this.
All the staff from reception to housekeeping, bar and service were amazing. Very friendly with plenty of time to help out. Particularly Sukadana in the beach bar mixed the best cocktails and was really friendly. Also wonderful spa treatments by Dina and Asih. The building had lovely design touches and a great location on the beach
The weather was very hot and humid, unfortunately the room air con struggled to cope with this. It was great when you first walked into the room, but I then struggled to sleep given the heat.
The rooms, pools and beach was nice.
The all inclusive food didn't have many food options for people that don't eat beef or pork. The breakfast was terrible. The all inclusive drinks was very limited on cocktails and wine. We also couldn't have drinks in our rooms for an all inclusive package as this wasn't available on room service and the bars didn't allow us to take the drinks up to our rooms. There wasn't enough loungers on both the beach and pools. The spa was super expensive so we booked a massage outside.
Good pool for adults only. Nice beach.
Tired rooms. Found the overall service to be average at best. Some staff couldn’t understand or speak English. The All Inclusive menu isn’t what it is made out to be. For example the menus are set and not A La Carte. The Indian had a set menu each night where as Chopstick, the Chinese, only allowed a party/table to have 1 x soup, 3 x mains, 1 x rice or noodle and 1 x vegetables, regardless if there are 2 or 4 of you. We ended up booking another hotel for the remaining two nights and staying in Kuta, which is also 30-40 minutes drive u less you take the toll road and it’s 25. It also says the hotel is situated in Nusa Dua when it is actually Benoa, 4-5km away. Not impressed at all and wouldn’t stay again.
