We like the location because it is near the Embassies. The staff is helpfull and friendly. The Breakfast is focused for Indonesian guests and as this, it is quite complete. In the rooms, the windows are well insulated against noise from the traffic.
The maintenance has room for improvement. The shower is a fix type(no hose) and the tabs need to be replaced/fixed. The breakfast is for local guests only and does not cater for international travellers.

Staffs were friendly and could communicate with okay English
My room was 5th floor but actually front of of the bridge. so It feels like I’m staying 1st floor. Which is motorbike and car sound was loud and had to hear lots of noise until 1am :,( I think this hotel is not good for the business trip. Because there is no refrigerator or tea pot... can not relax properly. Also can’t sleep enough early night or until late morning because as I said noises. Pay little bit more price and better to go to right next hotel will be smart choice.

It was good to stay at Amaris, because we had some errands to run in the area. The place was clean, staff was kind and helpful. The food was well priced and fairly good.
