Pros (+) They did not give me a room even though I had prepaid for it.
Cons (-) Central Hotel appears to be running a "bait and switch" where they lure you in with a great low rate (in my case £45 for a deluxe room) and then when you show up they tell you they're full and they transfer you to a different hotel farther away (in my case the Ramada which is not a Hotel I ever would have chosen although the receptionists were nice and helpful). Pros (+) Clean, new, comfortable, friendly staff, amazing free breakfast, variety of tv channels.
Cons (-) No fitness center, no in-room phone for outgoing calls (the one available is just to contact reception), ironing board and iron only available per request from reception.
