Overall, guests are highly satisfied with the hotel's service, frequently describing the staff as friendly, helpful, and attentive. The location is repeatedly highlighted as excellent, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Breakfast receives many positive mentions for its variety and quality. Rooms are often described as spacious and comfortable, and cleanliness is consistently noted. Some guests mention minor issues such as noise from the street or rooftop bar, limited parking, and occasional overcrowding at the pool, but these do not overshadow the overwhelmingly positive experiences reported.
