Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many highlighting its proximity to the beach, arcades, and local attractions. Comfortable beds and generally clean rooms were also appreciated by several guests. However, opinions on service were mixed, with some guests encountering friendly and helpful staff while others reported rude or unhelpful interactions. Cleanliness was mostly viewed positively, though a few guests noted issues such as dust or mould. The WiFi was a frequent source of disappointment, with multiple reviews mentioning poor or non-existent connectivity. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and comfort, but could improve in service consistency and WiFi reliability.
