Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access public transportation, attractions, and dining options. Many reviewers highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, with some mentioning smooth check-in experiences and thoughtful gestures like early check-in or room upgrades. Cleanliness received mixed feedback: while several guests found their rooms clean and comfortable, others noted issues with bathroom hygiene, dust, or the need for refurbishment.
