Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent service, with many mentioning friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to assist. The location is also praised for its convenience, being close to public transport, restaurants, and shops. Cleanliness is another positive aspect, with several reviews noting tidy rooms and well-maintained facilities. However, a common complaint is the small room size, which many guests found cramped, especially for families or those with large luggage. Bed comfort received mixed feedback, with some finding it satisfactory and others mentioning it was too hard. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money, especially for short stays or travelers prioritizing service and location.AI-generated from customer reviews
