It is very central with lots of good restaurants nearby. All attractions are within walking distance.
I didn't like the stairs leading to the hotel. It should be indicated because they present a problem for people with mobility problems or after an injury.
The location was good. Very close to the center.
1- The size of the room. If you are going to sell and advertise a triple room, please take into account 3 people will be staying there. This looked like a double which they just shoved another bed into. 2- Bathroom. Probably the most difficult thing about this place. If you are a bigger guy you will not be able to shower in there. It was almost comical how small the bathroom was. When showering the floor becomes a pool of water that overspills into the room you are sleeping in. The towels they give you (one per person body and face) are made out of table cloth material. They really won't dry you. The only use it to try and contain the pool of water I mentioned before. 3-Staff. Not very happy to be working. Bothered by our checking interrupting the instagram session that was happening. Much more annoyed when we went back to ask for another towel. 4-Cheking In. I think this was someone's apparent. They made into a "hotel". Super confusing. Don't dare dream of elevator. I hate to knock the place because I guess you get what you pay for applies but my only serious complain would be the bathroom. You can't have people showering in that thing. Its not big enough to be a closet.
This charming hotel is located in a very old and historic building in the city center of the historic city of Siena... Accordingly, it had to be adapted to host people and lacked some of the usual basic comfort found in other hotels like elevators... However, this was not a negative aspect, but added fascination to the property...
Bedroom very small, lots of stairs
