Staff were fantastic, location just right (10 min walk from Pub Street, but close to restaurants, etc.), organised our tours and transfers (thank you Mr Kat and our guide Mr Sampath) and breakfast good.
The staff, especially the manager is very friendly and helpful. Location is 10 mins walk from the center of Siem Reap. The room, swimming pool, breakfast, everything was perfect.
Staff was super unhelpful, always trying to push extra fees
We have been in SE Asia for about 4 months now, and this was one of the top three hotels we stayed. I couldn't recommend it highly enough. It is a family run hotel, and the people are all lovely, the owner speaks great English and she can help with information, bookings etc if you need. The hotel and the room are spotlessly clean, perhaps the cleanest room we have seen in 4 months. Spacious rooms with a shower and a separate bath, and towels changed daily. Very comfortable bed, a wardrobe and enough shelves and cupboards for our clothes and other stuff (really rare in our experience). Wi-Fi and aircon were very good. The location is really great, 5-10 minutes walk from Pub Street and at the same time quiet at night. They have a mini market for the essentials and they can also order a big bottle of water for you (18 litres), saves a lot of plastic. The pool is really clean and welcoming - even though I personally don't like pools, I stayed around and read my book on two or three days! Sieam Reap is really hot and dusty so I believe everyone will appreciate it. Breakfast was pretty much the same every day, but I liked it, there was fresh fruit, milk (which is quite expensive in Cambodia), tea and coffee, juices, eggs, croissants, bread, butter and jam and also Asian breakfast. We eventually stayed longer than we had booked as we really liked the hotel. On the day we left, the owner gave us a lovely painting as a present! I was so touched. I will definitely recommend Asanak to anyone I know is going to Siem Reap, lovely place.
Everything was great, would definitely return here
Staff were so nice, breakfast was good al a carte and some buffet items. Comfy beds, good Wi-Fi, nice pool in the middle.
Everything was very good. Only thing is they need more loungers. We were a short walk away from the beginning of the main street. 15mins from the heart of it.
