Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests were pleased with the hotel's friendly and helpful service, clean and spacious rooms, and the variety and quality of food, especially at breakfast. Many appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere, amenities for children, and comfortable accommodations. However, some guests noted issues with the restaurant, such as repetitive menus, limited food choices for certain diets, and extra charges for some services. There were also comments about the hotel being very German-oriented, which affected the entertainment and communication for non-German speakers. Despite these drawbacks, most guests had a positive experience and would recommend the hotel.
