Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city. However, many express frustration with the limited and poorly organized parking, which often leads to inconvenience and confusion. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with several guests noting issues such as dust, unpleasant odors, and worn linens, though some mention clean rooms and fresh sheets. Service is generally described as neutral, with a few positive mentions of friendly staff but also criticism regarding professionalism and communication. Overall, the location stands out as the hotel's strongest point, while parking and cleanliness are areas needing improvement.
