Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location near metro stations, shopping districts, and local attractions, making it easy to access various destinations. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and lack of maintenance. Service is also frequently criticized, with complaints about unhelpful or non-English-speaking staff and problems with room assignments and amenities. While a few guests mention helpful staff and fast check-in, the overall experience is marred by poor cleanliness and service.
