Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests had mixed experiences at the hotel. While some praised the location, friendly staff, and cleanliness in certain rooms, others reported significant issues with service, such as unhelpful or rude staff, lack of respect for privacy, and poor communication. Cleanliness was inconsistent, with some areas and rooms being neat while others suffered from unpleasant odors and lack of upkeep. Parking availability and management were problematic for several guests, and value for price was debated, with some feeling the facilities justified the cost and others not. Overall, the hotel has strengths in location and some staff, but needs improvement in service consistency, cleanliness, and parking.
