Location, staffs, cleanliness, brand new furniture made the staying very pleasant.
Beds, they are not very comfortable. Bed sheets, pillows were very good though.

Location.
The rate could've been a lot less, worn out towels, sink is outside the bathroom causing the water to fall everywhere, no detachable shower head, unclean floors, a staff forget their cleaning cloth in my room

Great position, just next to the Alcázar and the Cathedral. Rooms are large, comfortable, clean and well furnished. There’s a big locker, every bed has its own power point and storage pockets. Fingerprint access to the room. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended

Great location, nice room.
Not much of a hostel feel. No real space for guests to socialize. Staff didn’t say much, but were very friendly if you needed something. Overall a nice place with a great location, but not someplace I’d stay again. Light sensors didn’t work and air was not adjustable. Would have preferred it cooler in the room.
