Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city. The service, especially from staff like Rosa, was frequently described as friendly and attentive. Many reviewers highlighted the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas, as well as the comfort of the beds. Some guests appreciated thoughtful touches such as complimentary water and early check-in. However, a few reviews mentioned issues such as noise, small room sizes, occasional cleanliness lapses, and concerns about value for money, but these were less common than the positive feedback.
