Cheap, free eggs and toast in the morning, coffee, lots of stuff to cook with.
Although I enjoyed my stay there were some problems. Some of the house share guests/part-time workers were a bit obnoxious; they were too comfortable with each other like talking or arguing loudly, or kissing their boyfriends/girlfriends or even having arguments over the phone in the ground floor kitchen/common area where everyone is supposed to be able to relax and unwind. Whenever I had phone calls I would take them by the shoe closet area so I wouldn't over share in front if other people. The male shower on the ground floor was terrible; either it was too hot or it got hot and cold. Very unpleasant.
The staff is so friendly, the blankets are very warm in winter and overall the decoration is very cute
The water in the shower won’t stop turning hot and cold back and forth for some reason...
Good beds with privacy curtains, reading lights, power points and a shelf. Room was nice and quiet too. Big kitchen, quite a few lounges, games, good location near a lot of cool restaurants and shops.
Bin in the toilets needed to be emptied more often. Shared area was full of long-term lodgers who took up a lot of the space ALL day... Felt a bit clique-y.
So confortable! The beds are really big and you have plenty of rooms to put your stuffs, the women floor is perfectly equiped and so is the kitchen, there is a lot of room for everyone, both in the common room on the 1st floor and on the more quiet space on the second floor The staff on dutty is very friendly and will help you with whatever you need
In the women only bathroom you can see the person in the shower next to you because it is see through... There are a lot of staff people and they mostly stay within themself on the 1st floor and won't talk to you even if you are next to them, so if you are traveling on your own it can feel a bit lonely...
The location is great, it's easy to find, it's clean and colorful. The bed, the sheets were clean, the curtains give you privacy and they block the light. The shower was clean and spacious.
There was a group of drunk guests, who were super loud at night, I know it's not the guesthouse's fault, but still it was a bit difficult to sleep... There was not much space in the room for the luggage, but we had a locker, so that's fine. The breakfast was peanutbutter-jelly sandwich, which is only liked by some Americans I'm pretty sure.
