The rooms are large and spacious, the bathrooms and the shower are also spacious. The hotel offers parking for its guests but the parking itself is not big enough for all the hotel's guests and if the hotel is full there is difficulty finding parking. Breakfast included fruits, yogurts, fruit juices, rolls, breads, various cheeses, sausage types, jam spreads, honey and chocolate and hard boiled eggs. Also cakes and coffee. Roman, the hotel receptionist, went above and beyond to help us and enjoy our stay.
The variety at breakfast was not satisfactory. The breakfast contained no vegetables at all. Only hard-boiled eggs were offered and we had to ask for scrambled eggs to be prepared every day. Sometimes, if we arrived too late for breakfast, the selection was over and there was no renewal of it. At the first dinner we arrived late after a long drive - the antipasti selection was over and we were left with empty plates. The hotel dining room has only two waiters for all the dining room guests. We had to chase the waiters for something. one of the waiters didn't speak any English which made it even harder. On our last night in the hotel, we went up to the room and discovered that we had not even left a single piece of toilet paper. The owner of the hotel sometimes treated us with incomprehensible rudeness. Could be because of the language barrier (she didn't speak English) or that's how she is.
The hotel was beautiful, room was very big and comfortable, and the staff were super friendly. The hotel offers dinner service which was nice because when we arrived most of the restaurants were closed. We also used the spa facilities which were excellent!
Beautiful views and easy access to the town and hiking trails. Wellness centre is also a real treat! Staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved this place. And what a town!
Wellness centre only open for 3.5 hours but perhaps this is normal.
The staff is very friendly, the food is excellent, the wellness all new and beautiful, rooms also new with a great shower!
