Gorgeous views! Clean room. We booked the poco king and enjoyed having a fire place. So cozy for desert nights. The staff was friendly and we felt safe during COVID times. The spa experience was good but was much smaller than expected. The food was good, and the ambience of being around a fire on the restaurant patio was also lovely.
The design of the pool and spa seems like a big miss. There is a building blocking the view of the red rocks. Still a nice pool, but you’re just looking at more guest rooms around you.
The location was beautiful.
Walls are paper thin. We were welcomed by our neighbors fighting which could be heard loud and clear. Front desk attendants did not provide much help with the situation. Facilities were listed with wrong hours, others were closed. Understandable amidst the current pandemic that there would be closures, however said closures were not pointed out online or in person at the hotel. Would not reccomend and will not return sadly. Would have loved to reccomend this place as from first glance everything looked spectacular. However, it just was not that.
Spa service was excellent!
It would have been better if breakfast were included.
When it's time to relax.
Breathtaking views, friendly staff, well maintained.
Leaving.
Nice stay for the money; great for dog owners
Very friendly staff. Comfy beds. As dog friendly as any place I've ever stayed.
Facilities are a bit aged, but the room was clean.
Terrible in room coffee.
Weird set-up for room TV. Mediocre food in restaurant.
The restaurant and bar staff were very friendly. The food was great and had the best spinach artichoke dip I've ever had. Everything is made from scratch. The room was very spacious and the beds were pretty comfortable.
The bathroom needs updating. Cabinets and showers were outdated.
we loved the atmosphere of the hotel. we came in a bit of an off season I think, but it was just close enough to town to make everything easy. Loved the new fire pit. overall great hospitality and very comfortable accomodations. Our room was huge and loved the fireplace!
the golf course looked kind of run down, but we weren't interested in golfing so it didn't bother us!
umhappy
I liked the fact that I was in Sedona.
I didn't like the loud people partying all night. I didn't like that I was given 2 irons to iron my clothes for my wedding and they both were broken. The air was not working well at all- the room was very very warm all night.
Front desk very welcoming and informative about the resort and Sedona area. Nice restaurant and bar.
Quiet and exclusive
Great tennis facilities. Fun and beautiful golf. Excellent front desk staff. Large rooms
Restaurant staff poor. Very slow service all 3 meals. No walking distance options for dining
Size of room. Fireplace. Whirlpool. View from patio doors. Proximity to hiking trails.
First morning I woke, I was freezing because there was no heat on.
