Great location for access to the waterfront and other attractions. There’s no lift so access is a challenge if you have mobility issues. Seattle is hilly too so need to choose the routes to places but can use the hop on hop off bus or free waterfront transportation for routes if you know the stops. The staff were amazing, so helpful with recommendations and booking onward travels. You can order room service from the restaurant below. There’s a number of fabulous restaurants connected to the property. Great meal at Miller Guild. Lovely bars and options to eat in the area. Thanks to David and his staff
Great location. Easy to walk to most places. Staff were great and communication before we arrived was good. A birthday cake was provided for hubby which he loved.
Absolutely everything! The vibe, the staff, the room, the bathroom and heated floor, their happy hour, the way we felt personally welcomed - like part of the family. Situated reasonably near several key Seattle attractions as well. Highly, highly recommend!
When arriving don’t be fooled by entrance which leads you upstairs.
I loved the small touches: hand-written welcome notes, cookies and fudge in the room, the swing music playing when I opened the door for the first time. Oh, and the heated floor in the bathroom.
I didn't realize there wouldn't be an elevator. Fortunately, there were people available to take my suitcase up and down the stairs, but for me, even taking the stairs on some days is difficult.
Liked the ambiance of the hotel and the cookies were the best I have tasted, wine at night time was a nice touch. Reception staff really helpful and friendly.
Couple of times towels weren’t changed or replaced, the machine in the bedroom only did coffee and not tea but they did bring me a kettle for the room.
