Excellent staff, good location, loved the personal touch with the handwritten messages.
Great place, we love el gaucho!
Friendly and helpful staff. And you cannot get better dining in Seattle.
What an Unexpected Find
We wanted a Seattle Hotel, centrally located, for one night so we could see Billy Joel in SEA. What we stumbled on a delightful boutique hotel above the famous El Gaucho Restaurant. Only 17 rooms with a delightfully helpful Manager and staff, "The Inn" was a joy. Whether it was places to eat ("The Inn" has no food services itself), directions to get to Pike Place Market (a couple of blocks down the street), or their 5 o'clock complimentary wine bar, "The Inn" was excellent value for money. If you stay there be sure to go to CJ's Eatery for breakfast.
As welcoming as the staff make "The Inn" its a walkup with suitcases from the ground floor. That walk-up can be a bit daunting the 4th or 5th time you do it during the day. Also the rooms are clean, comfortable, but a bit tired.
The Inn At El Gaucho opened in the year 1963. It is located in Seattle’s Belltown District and is just one mile away from Lake Union Sea Plane Base, while Boeing Field International Airport is 6 miles away.
The Inn At El Gaucho contains a total of 17 suites. Accommodations are luxuriously decorated and can occupy up to 3-4 people. Plenty of in-room amenities are included such as bathrobes, leather seating, toiletries, a flat-screen HD TV, coffee maker, air conditioning, heating, and a mini-fridge stocked with drinks and snacks. Free WiFi access is also provided.
Meeting facilities are available at the hotel for work or business-related guests who need a professional environment to get together. Other amenities found on-site include dry cleaning, laundry service, and a concierge for general info or assistance.
Dining is provided on-site at the hotel’s El Gaucho Seattle where fresh seafood and steaks are served. For dining by the water, The Inn At El Gaucho provides free shuttle service to AQUA which is situated right by Elliot Bay. Several nearby local restaurants are within walking distance as well such as Tilikum Place Cafe, Rocco’s, and Shiro’s.
The popular Space Needle is just 0.4 miles away from the hotel and the Seattle Center is 0.5 miles away. Several museums are close by as well including Seattle Children's Museum, Museum of Pop Culture, and Seattle Asian Art Museum.
For guests visiting for business or leisure, The Inn At El Gaucho provides a cozy place to stay in. Plus, a convenient location for the city’s main attractions and landmarks.
