Small kitchen with microwave. A good value.
No elevator to upper floor. No waffle maker with breakfast.
Economical, slooooow check in
Room was nicely appointed with a kitchen, etc, especially for a value price.
The check-in took ~10 minutes even though I was the only one there and was engaged with the front desk the whole time. There was nothing abnormal, no real conversation, just really slow. I had made the reservation a few hours previously, so perhaps that was the problem. Still, if there was a group and it took this long for each person....wow.
Location was kinda okay. Bit of a walk to the train station, and the Airport Shuttle was only free for two rides--one for the pick-up from the airport, and one for the drop-off to airport. Any other ride will cost $5 each way. (So, not really a Pro)
The sheets were unmade (and unreplaced, even after we requested), the pull-out sofa bed was dusty and who knows what else is living in between the spaces? Carpet was old, pillows had blood stains. I called to confirm that we were getting 2 double beds, but upon arriving he said I'm getting a king bed only. Also, there were bedsheets underneath the bed, who knows what they were used for. Asked to have the room cleaned, they remade the bed and took the sheets underneath the bed, but we know the sheets were the same, as the same marks and holes were still there.
Wouldn't stay again
The only thing we liked was the staff , front desk worker who was also shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful, we arrived very late and left first thing in the morning.
It was very run down , room was very outdated , we couldn't wait to get out, did not feel clean.
Room was Untidy
They have a 24 hour shuttle to the airport.
When using their computer to print out your complimentary boarding pass they were out of paper and there was no staff to put paper in, so we couldn't print our boarding passes. When we entered our room the bed sheets were disarrayed, there was a fast food bag full of garbage and garbage laying on the ground. Very uncomfortable night, but it was 11pm and we were just staying the night so we dealt with it.
Clean and comfortable. Room was large with decent breakfast for a fair price. Shuttle to airport was perfect.
The convenience to SeaTac Airport was excellent. The hotel is about 5 minutes away. If you're just looking for a place to crash the night then this is not too bad of a place.
The staff isn't the friendliest and the airport shuttle service varies. Please call head 2 or 3 times just to make sure they'll come get you.
Place to sleep
Being asked repeatedly if we were checking out today before checkout time. We checked out five minutes before checkout time. Expensive for quality imo
close to the airport
I stay in building nr 2 -dirty , smelly , overpraise for what offer .
Absolutely nothing. Place is a dump.
This place is a dump. Unsanitary conditions. Stayed for about fifteen minutes only because it took me that long to find a new hotel to stay at. My child walked up the stairs to scratched doors and walls to walk in and have my 10 year old son open a drawer and find utensils that had crusted food on them. If you can avoid this hostel type setting I would. Seemed more like after prison housing than a hotel. Then to find out that orbitz and the hotel won't refund my money. orbitz and sutton suites. Never plan on seeing my business back at either of your businesses.
Great location, run down, sketchy area.
Big room with lots of space. Located within 5 min walk to car rental facility. Room has fridge, microwave, tables with chairs. Free shuttle to the airport.
The hotel seemed a bit run down, holes in walls, old fixtures, needs to be updated. The area is a little sketchy after dark. There is a subway and an awesome indian food hole in the wall down the street within walking distance, I wouldn't walk there after dark.
shirt walk to Link to get into seattle city center
Wi Fi weak and kept going out Got there and they said shuttle to airport was only once for pick up and drop offf - they didn't post this in description. Rooms and facillity was very dated
my room was very big and comfortable. staff took me to Seattle airport. and close to grocery store.
breakfast was not good.
The location near the airport was definitely an asset.
The facts that rooms were rather shabby ( grey bed linen and towels, worn out and stained carpets. Rooms not cleaned every day.
Spacious clean but old room. Adequate breakfast, large, hilly parking but too many cars. Nice enough staff but too few of them esp. during late hours.
Staff seemed to care about guests.
Rooms were old and smelled musty.
Furnishings seemed old. Flooring was very old.
Good price. Liked the free shuttle to the light rail station and airport. Good breakfast. Great to have it all included in the price.
No elevator, had to carry cases up / down stairs. Already completed the address etc. on line - why again on check-in??
The room was clean, very quiet, and the location and shuttle service ideal. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The stairs and lack of elevator may be a problem for the frail. But just ask and the staff is quick to help.
Staff was helpful, room was affordable. Great for familys traveling, 24 hour shuttle to the airport
We were on the 3rd floor with 2 small children and no elevator
It was close to the airport, and a good stop-over enroute to continuing our trip to Canada.
No elevator...too many steps for seniors.
Lack of restaurant or eating facilities.
