Pros (+) When we got to hotel, we were informed that hotel was completely closed and security personel, no so politely, told us to leave.

Cons (-) There was a lot of car road noise most of the night, I was on the 3rd floor in an odd-numbered room. I checked in, on a Friday, I was told that breakfast would be at 4:30 am. As I had an early start that would have been nice. When I went for breakfast, Saturday morning, I was told that was on Monday's to Friday’s. It would be nice if the front desk staff was on the same page.

Pros (+) Sleep Inn is a very good location to the Sea-Tac airport. The shuttle drivers are really good at getting you to the airport on time. The only complaint I have is that the breakfast was not available for early flights. We paid for breakfast but weren't able to eat. Some type of accommodation should be made for very early travelers.

Cons (-) How can you have a laundry room but have no place to get change? I was told to walk down the street somewhere to get change. That's ridiculous. Breakfast could only be described as lousy.

Pros (+) My room was extremely clean, the bed comfortable and the bed linens new. The morning airport shuttle was extremely well-organized. The driver organized luggage according to departure stops. The check-in desk and the morning shuttle driver were both very competent.
Cons (-) The room was very small. Street noise could be heard. Evidently the windows do not block street noise.
