Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near the airport, spacious rooms, and comfortable beds. Many found the shuttle service helpful and appreciated the views from the rooms. However, several guests reported negative experiences with service, including long check-in lines, unhelpful staff, and issues with room assignments. Cleanliness was also a concern for some, with complaints about dated decor, musty smells, and occasional lapses in housekeeping. While the hotel offers good amenities and is suitable for short stays, the size of the property and confusing layout posed challenges for some visitors.
