Pros (+) The pools and the drink/meal service were terrific overall
Cons (-) The pools and the area around the pools could’ve been blown, cleaned or swept daily. Garbage was kind of stacking up near the garbage cans. when we checked in there were no pillows in our room. The first night the air conditioner made a horrific sound every 15 minutes and cost us a lot of sleep.

Pros (+) The grounds were beautiful and the pool is amazing.
Cons (-) The room was not as clean as it could have been. The beds were very soft and had thin blankets and mushy pillows.

Pros (+) The staff, especially the shuttle drivers, was outstanding. So very helpful and personable. We liked the pool and the resort was so close to almost every place we wanted to go.
Cons (-) The rooms were a little outdated but we were told everything was going to be updated within the next year. The drinks at the pool were not all that good so we mixed our own.

Cons (-) I was very displeased with how the resort presents themselves on their website versus what this was in reality. Nothing close. It was NOT worth the price that we paid!!!

Pros (+) I enjoyed the Spa because the staff was very kind and mellow. After the found out it was our anniversary, they upgraded our room to have a king size instead of two queen beds. They also sent chocolate covered strawberries to our room. This visit was more exciting because of the Spa. The hotel was only decent and a bit dated.
Cons (-) I didn't like the already included gratuity charge, costing around 25% of my already expensive Spa package. The hotel room was decent but they aren't very modern. Hotel towels are rough and over-bleached from years of use. Housekeeping left trash from previous visitors in plain view. Also a bummer that this hotel hasn't upgraded to free continental breakfast like many others.
