This was the lowest price, highest quality hotel in the Schaumburg area over the 2 days I was there. This place is really excellent! The staff, the facilities, the parking, the nice and spacious - quiet room … all was great

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, especially for shopping, conferences, and airport access. Many also appreciate the breakfast offerings, describing them as delicious and varied. However, reviews are mixed regarding cleanliness and service: while some found rooms clean and comfortable, others reported issues such as dirty rooms, infrequent housekeeping, and unresponsive or unfriendly staff. Overall, the positives center on location and breakfast, but improvements are needed in cleanliness and service consistency.AI-generated from customer reviews
