Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests generally appreciated the hotel's convenient location and some friendly staff members. However, many reviews highlighted issues with service, such as unhelpful or rude staff, long waits for check-in, and problems with the elevators. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests finding rooms clean while others noted mold and maintenance issues. Bed comfort and noise levels were also inconsistent, with some guests sleeping well and others disturbed by noise or uncomfortable beds. Overall, while there were positives, several aspects of the hotel did not meet guest expectations.AI-generated from customer reviews
