Pros (+) Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) The building had an old stink to it. First floor - not too bad but the room floors stinky. Pool area overwhelmingly chlorinated- no one ever in the pool while we were there. Poor maintenance of the pool area and patio. No room service for changing linens. Unaware if this was a Covid item or not- no one said while we checked in or when We asked daily for towels.

Cons (-) They did not have our booking confirmation, our room was booked and PAID FOR over $200 and supposed to be a king suite room, general manager saw my confirmation and ended up complimenting a room but at the end of our stay the invoice shows the two night room to be $143 not the 200+ I paid for and was not the suite room I paid for to have space with both my wife and child. Pros (+) I landed at the Holiday Inn because of a flight cancellation at SRQ. I booked from the airport, and ended up staying there for 20 hours. The front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly and accommodating. I also loved the bright design of the hotel.
Cons (-) I found a wet used facecloth upon checking in and garbage on the floor, but was too tired to complain. The gym facilities are small and not well maintained. There is no expresso coffee. Location not ideal unless you are going to the airport.
