The view from the window. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was also very nice.
The shower, the door did not work well, hard to open and close. Not being able to chose how many days to stay, 3 was the minimum...
There is absolutely nothing positive about his hotel.
It was 2:50 a.m. in Sarajevo after coming back from a wedding, when we were left for 45mins in the cold on the street infront of locked hotel doors, as the receptionist went to the nearest room to take a nap, despite the hotel's 0 - 24h working hours. We were knocking and calling to be let in without a response for 45mins. We were able to reach the other Hotel Hecce in town as this is a chain of a few hotels - the receptionist there hung up twice as if this was not his issue, talked disrespectfully to us, said there was nothing he could do (despite being the same hotel) and only told us nobody had the phone number of the asleep receptionist nor does anyone else have the key for the hotel. This is unacceptable and we question the safety of the locked-in hotel guests. We neither felt safe nor comfortable knowing that there is nobody who could open the hotel door. We were freezing on the street for 45min in the middle of the night and were offered neither an excuse nor did anyone claim responsibility. In sum, terrible stay. Unprofessional staff. Awful value for money. Terrible breakfast.
breakfast was ok great value for money
It was close to the centre which was perfect. The staff were wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was nice.
It was up a hill but that didn’t bother us at all but it might bother others. We found the location to be perfect
