Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the friendly and helpful service, as well as the good value for price. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with frequent complaints about dirty linens, bathrooms, and lack of maintenance. Room size and facilities were generally considered adequate, but some guests noted accessibility issues and outdated amenities. Overall, while the staff and value were highlights, improvements in cleanliness and upkeep are needed.
